Paraiso Pool and Sea Views

Me encanta el apartamento y las piscinas muy bien lo que la verdad que ponen mucho cloro para mi gusto pero el apartamento está genial

Que el primer día que vinimos no isieron ruido d madrugada pero de lo demás bien

La piscina, la situacion es buena, y sin ruidos excepto los últimos dias que vinieron vecinos ruidosos y fumando porros, Aitor el chico que nos recibió el primer dia super agradable y nos explico todo muy bien

La politica de empresa que si llegas despues de las 21:00 por retraso en el aeropuerto, nosotros llegamos 9 min tarde y nos cobraron 15 euros, luego el piso cumple las funciones, pero está muy desgastado, el colchón y las almohadas de la cama de matrimonio no valen para nada, sales con dolor de espalda de las vacaciones, el chico que vino el ultimo dia para revisar la salida, muy poco educado, salimos 20 min después de la hora, porque lo habíamos hablado el primer dia que podíamos salir a esa hora si no habia entrada, pues el chico timbro y entró como si nada, ni espero 1 minuto a que saliéramos, mirando todo por el piso, un sin vergüenza. En conclusión el piso lo volvería a coger sino encuentro nada, sino ni de coña lo cogeria y tampoco recomendaría a nadie.

La calidad y servicios del apartamento y de la piscina

Falta aire acondicionado y no me gusto que la hora de salida sea obligatoria a las 10:00 horas

An excellent apartment, just the right size for four of us. The block was fresh and cleaned regularly. The pool was perfect and clean, with plenty of space for loungers.

we were supposed to stay 9 nights at this accomodation but there were problems with the app since the arriving ( internet not working , bad smell in the bathroom ) , also first day after arriving electricity went off . noticed the owners about the issues and after 8 hours someone came and relocate us to another app in same building they said for 2 days until issues gets solved .Looked fair enough at the moment but on the third say of out staying we were abruptly noticed at 5pm that booking was canceled and the next morning 10am we have to leave . unplesant to say the least .Overall location is great but this host was terrible

Private garage and heated pool, kitchen quite well equiped. Staff was reacting fast to problem with garage key. Blackout curtains everywhere.

Really unhygienic and smelly! With mold! Although there were two bathrooms, the bigger one was unfit to use, heavy sewage smell was flooding whole appartment even with closed door, eating there was challenging, we spent whole day rather out. Half of the wall was wet with paint falling off every hour and with visible mold. There was used razor left in the bathroom. It felt very unhygienic, with small kids very sad. Walls were thin and we could hear every word from the pernament resident next door, snoring in the night and alarm in the morning. Loud parties above

Balcony facing north-west so most of the day it was in the shade and the washing took ages to dry.

Big spacious 2 bathrooms

the apartment was large, with a garage in the basement. A large terrace and the possibility of using the communal on a turnkey basis. Anyone who wants a more peaceful location without the big tourist bustle.I would be happy to book this apartment again.

one bathroom smelled strongly after one day. However, using the other bathroom was other ok. The internet didn't work at all, or there was no signal. Visits from cacarachas, which is not a problem from the owner.

Big & comfortable, will accommodate up to 6 persons, well equipped flat with everything you need. I have enjoyed the view from the balcony, perfect place to chill out in morning or evening.

No air conditioning and the main bathroom has no ventilation, most of the time was a bad smell from the drainage.
