Paradise Luxury Apartment

Mónica war super sympathisch und immer da, wenn man Fragen hatte! Die Unterkunft hatte außerdem alles was man braucht. Auch die Pools waren toll! Und alles top top sauber. Würden wir wieder machen ! :)

We hadden een supergoed verblijf! Appartement is heel proper en aangenaam ongericht. Proper en genoeg kookgerei, kruiden aanwezig. Wifi werkte goed. Aangename inloopdouche 👌🏼 Monica ontving ons heel enthousiast. Ze stond open voor vragen, was heel flexibel i.v.m. uitchecken (omdat dit mogelijk was) en er was ook een leuk welkomspakketje.

Klein minpuntje is de kleine boiler voor het warme water, soms beetje lastig met 3, maar als je dit weet kan je hier rekening mee houden.

The highlight of our stay was the lovely terrace, which offered beautiful sunset views and was a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The apartment also had a good shower with strong water pressure and a nice TV for relaxing in the evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful swan towel arrangement on arrival, which was a nice welcoming touch. The property was generally quiet at night after 11:00 pm, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The outdoor facilities were also enjoyable, with separate swimming pools for adults and children, making it suitable for different types of guests.

There were several maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience, including a loose electrical socket, a misaligned bathroom hook, a damaged toilet paper holder, and a missing shelf. The washing machine appeared to have been fitted incorrectly, preventing a cabinet door from closing properly. While some of these were minor issues, together they gave the property a somewhat unfinished feel. The towels provided had an unpleasant smell and needed to be washed before use. Communication was generally okay, but it was sometimes frustrating to receive messages from several different property managers, as this occasionally made the process feel less clear and consistent. The apartment became very hot during the afternoons. Although two fans were provided, they were not sufficient, and air conditioning or more effective blinds/curtains would greatly improve comfort. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable. The location was not ideal for us, and loud music from the nearby Hard Rock Hotel could be heard most evenings between approximately 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Finally, while a small welcome pack was provided, it felt rather minimal considering the price paid. We understand this is a self-catering apartment rather than a hotel, but a little more attention to guest comfort would have been appreciated.

Het warme welkom van het beheer. Super lieve dame en had voor de kids iets lekkers mee gebracht. het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De aanwezigheid van zwemhanddoeken. De zwembaden zijn top en het heeft een leuke uitstraling. Wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar er is een poolrestaurant. De restaurants enz op loopafstand

Het appartement zou echt een 10 krijgen als het grote bed wat groter zou zijn en minder hard . En een zitje op het dakterras of een fijne stoel daar.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and clean, with all modern amenities. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach.

Tutto spettacolare , appartamento stupendo , molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort , sono 8 anni che veniamo a Tenerife e finalmente abbiamo trovato un appartamento con una grandissima terrazza privata tutto per noi , solitamente tutte le case a tenerife hanno piccoli balconi , questo ci ha stupito ed è molto raro , ottime le piscine acqua calda , posizione perfetta in due minuti a piedi eravamo sulla spiaggia e il supermercato bar negozi e centri escursioni tutti sotto casa a due passi , l arredamento ci è piaciuto molto , molto attento ai dettagli , il proprietario ci ha accolto personalmente persona molto gentile e disponibile, torneremo sicuramente l anno prossimo grazie per averci reso questa vacanza indimenticabile

Music is played in the building which can be heard in the apts on the 1st floor, it could be switched off at night time
