"Great apartment, but no communication"

Location, cleanliness, lovely cleaning ladies

No check in information in advance, no response to my texts or emails, arrived at 8.30pm to find reception closed with a sign saying we were in a named apartment which we had to find. Tap water undrinkable, no information about that or anything else.
