Close to all amenities. Very touched that Steve came to our aid re the door locks. Very quiet. We'll definitely recommend to others

All the following is purely constructive criticism:- Sticky locks. Loose handle on stairs. No shower mat (very slippery floor). Staff should enquire re dairy requirements as we don't drink dairy. Would be great if they provided a velcro sponge or brush for the washing up. Towels were super small.

Absolutely beautiful little apartment. Couldn't have been a nicer place, there wasn't anything not to like about it, I did make a few suggestions to the owners, I.e... a few sofa throws to keep warm on an evening and a nice lamp in the room area so the big light didn't need to be on all the time. We will definitely be back x

The apartment is well organised and Julie very helpful. We got to Knaresborough at midnight, she still attended to us and helped us settle down fast at that odd time. I will recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Knaresborough 😊.

Wonderful location! Accommodation was clean, had everything you’d need for a stay and a lovely welcome gift. Julie was just lovely and very patient as I tried to open the doors with ridiculous false nails on! Free WiFi with strong signal, 1 minute from parking, very spacious, clean, quiet, well fitted bathroom and kitchen and a smart TV, I didn’t want to leave

Nothing I didn’t like but would maybe benefit from a brighter lamp as the lights are incredibly bright, especially the one directly over the bed!

Welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a pint of milk. Lovely touch.
