Studio Playa Paraiso Tenerife - ocean view and internet wifi optical fiber - for rent

Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole con tutto cio’ che necessita , balcone con bellissima vista sull’oceano. Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura 12 giorni posizione dell’appartamento ottima per girare tutta l’isola.

Non c’è stato nulla di negativo!

This was our second visit and did not disappoint. Ideal location in a small resort that has everything, and good transport links. Yulia went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

The strong point of the apartment is the view from the balcony on the 15th floor: You look across the beach promenade to a small, almost "private", beach, at the bottom of a narrow bay or inlet, where you can see and hear the waves breaking on the rocks. The distance is optimal, so you can hear the sea, but t is not a disturbance. On the street in front of the building are a supermarket, and lots of stores and restaurants, and a bus stop near by. (You'll always get stuck in various traffic jams when taking the bus, but I assume it's the same if you travel by car, and you can't blame the apartment for this problem:)

The tv is large, but is a bit old and has some quirks, as do the electric stove. But both are functional. On the other hand, the washing machine is new, with a lot of intriguing programs. (The host will suggest which ones to select.) The flip side of the sea view is you only get sun on the balcony a few hours in the late afternoon. If you want more, you can sit in the café on the ground level, or of course stay in the pool area. (I did not myself try these out)

The panoramic view of the ocean was superb. The accommodation is compact as you expect in a studio apartment but was perfect for a stay of 1 week for two persons. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the not too distant future.

A toaster or sandwich maker would be a welcome addition to the kitchen.

Great apartment

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. The view of the sea from the balcony (14th floor) was wonderful. It was easy to reach with the fast elevator. Thanks to the hostess that we could book a parking lot secured on the facilities very cheap. There are some good restaurants and an inexpensive supermarket nearby. You can swim or sunbathe directly on the small beach. Everything is very clean and smart. There is a well-maintained path along the coast for walking. We had a very nice vacation there. many thanks to the hostess.
