Todo muy bien limpio y equipado. La comunicación con la propietaria muy buena y la ubicación perfecta.

La ubicación estaba muy bien, un sitio tranquilo y con facilidad de aparcamiento. Estaba todo muy limpio. Facilidad para entrar a la vivienda adquiriendo las llaves con un código.

Se oferta la casa para 3 personas y en realidad es solo para 2. La cama muy bien, pero el sofá cama es incomodísimo para dormir. Además solo cuenta con 2 sillas para sentarse. En la cocina no se pueden enchufar varias cosas (por ejemplo microondas y tostadora) ya que sólo hay un enchufe y la luz es un foco que apenas alumbra.

La localización era buena si quieres estar cerca de la playa

Está súper sucio no se dignaron ni a limpiar el suelo bastoncillos detrás de la cama de a saber cuando. No nos da seguridad dejar nuestras cosas allí la ventana no cerraba ya q estaba forcejeanda de un anterior robo y la puerta costaba abrirse por lo mismo.

Everything you need, lovely and clean. Great base.

Information pack would be useful to new visitors to the island otherwise nothing.

The area was great. The room was clean, very basic, 5 minute walk to pebbled beach. Parking right outside the room. Bed was comfortable, extra blankets, but we didn't need it. Bedding was fresh and clean. Lots of cushions too. Fan if needed. Washing machine was useful to rinse towels and costumes after swimming in the sea. Shower was warm and clean. There was bottled water and ice in the fridge, coffee, tea and sugar when we arrived. Microwave and very basic utensils for cooking. Very good wifi. Communication with owner was great, helpful with queries throughout out stay. We did not expect a palace, but chose this place as we thought it looked private with a bit of view to the sea, or Cliffs.

The courtyard was not private, the neighbours opened kitchen window into the Sunbed view. No view what so ever to anything, courtyard surrounded by 4 white walls. We walked out the courtyard and stood on the road with coffee in the morning for a bit of a view...which was stunning from outside the property. Bedroom has no window view to outside, just towards the courtyard. Windows in roof for ventilation purpouses. No oven, just a 2 plate hob for cooking, no containers to use in microwave. The front of the building has a storage bit with a metal gate that rattled all night in the windy weather, making for very disturbed sleep at night.

There is basically everything you need. Cooking is not a problem inside. It is a quiet tiny village. Restaurants are in the near. The property is close to the seaside.

We met unfortunately cold weather, and the quilt prepared was not thick enough. But I would say, it was quite abnormal case in Lanzarote. It is strongly recommended to rent a car with you. The nearest supermarket is ca. 10min drive away.
