"Apartament spațios, locație bună, dar cu câteva minusuri importante"

Apartamentul este frumos și foarte spațios, oferind aproape tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Locația este plăcută, situată la aproximativ 3 km de Poiana Brașov, ușor de găsit și într-o zonă liniștită. Încălzirea în pardoseală este un mare plus și creează un confort termic plăcut în cea mai mare parte a apartamentului.

Deși încălzirea în pardoseală este eficientă, în apropierea ferestrelor se simțea un curent de aer foarte rece, ceea ce sugerează o izolație sau ferestre de calitate proastă. Din acest motiv, a fost necesar să mărim temperatura, iar aerul din apartament a devenit foarte uscat. Apartamentul nu este dotat cu hotă, astfel că, dacă gătești, mirosul de mâncare persistă în toată locuința. Televizorul din living nu pornea (posibil din cauza bateriilor de la telecomandă). Cada este incomodă pentru duș, deoarece apa sare peste tot. Lacătul de la baie nu funcționa, iar acest aspect fusese menționat și într-o recenzie mai veche, fără a fi remediat. De asemenea, costurile comunicate nu au fost conforme: accesul la spa a fost 145 RON/persoană pentru 3 ore, nu 125 RON cum ni s-a spus, iar micul dejun la restaurantul din apropiere este în jur de 70 RON/persoană.
