"Nice large apartment but needs some improvements"

It’s a very spacious apartment and pretty well equipped. It has a very nice view, especially from the bedrooms.

The furniture is a bit outdated. We couldn’t turn off the heating in the bedrooms so we had 28 celsius degrees in one of them.
