- location - private parking spot - space and apartment - facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, microphone and the oven - spacious balcony - tv - AC, heating - iron, hair dryer - hot water under the shower

- lack of capsules for the dishwasher and liquid for washing machine - handle in one of the bathrooms was broken - sauna didn’t work - more toilet paper for longer stays - bath oil sashes weren’t enough for a week

"4 wonderful days"

Our 2nd stay in the area, 1st at this rental. Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Ideally situated close to but not in Ponta Delgada. Two beaches within walking distance. We'd happily rent again.
