The location is just in the city centre, and few meters from the public beach. For the breakfast I recommend the cafés around (I was twice in Pasticceria Ferrocafé just behind the corner, which was perfect, all stuff is homemade there). The host is very nice. Though she does not speak any other language, but Italian :) But we managed to discuss everything necessary. For the checkout the key is to be returned in a keybox, which makes everything pretty quick. I could have my bike in the apartment - two can fit ok, more could be a bit of challenging.

There's no mentionable view out of the apartment. The "microbalcony" leads to inner courtyard, which is nothing you need to see :) The other windows are oriented to the street. But it was no issue, when the seashore is just 30m walk ;)
