Quietness

The manageress is very friendly and supportive always trying to address our complains. She even relocated us to a better apartment.However the condition of the property and unprofessionalism of the staff did not complement her effort. I really appreciate the manageress effort but to help her I ll have to write the negative things there for attention.

The place is dirty, no professional cleaners. The stairs rail is so dirty you can't touch it. Dirty dustbins are all over in front of doors. We were given toiletries once we had to go and buy. Towels and bedsheets are in bad condition we had to go and buy the ones to use. There s really no parking space. Sofa is very dirty despite effort to clean them. The whole place needs renovation. We were to stay 3 weeks but had to leave for another place that turned out very good and better in same area and far cheaper. Am glad we paid for only a week. The place is a shadow of how it looks on booking.com. i guess the pictures re old. My experience was not good to say the least.
