The apartment's necessities mostly not working as demand i.e. aircond like a fan; does not cool as it is. The washing machine when we use it gives out bad odor to our clothes; the dryer doesn't working at all. The master bedroom's bathroom gaves smelly smell everytime the bathroom is dry. And the owner charged me differently from the online booking. This is the 1st time i encountered this. All this time, i 've stayed in riverson soho, i never been encountered hidden charges.
GBHow easily reachable the owner was. The location was quite convenient as you’re minutes away from the Imago Shopping Mall.
The smell coming from the ensuite bathroom was horrid. That alone would stop me and my partner from rebooking this property. Even with the bathroom door closed at all times, you can still smell it. The property itself was quite worn down, especially the flooring. The number of ants everywhere was also displeasing.
