C.L.A. City Loux Apartment

The appartment is large, clean, with comfy beds. We had everything we needed and even more (ex. Netflix). The owner is very communicative and gave us very good recommendation about what to visit (especially beaches and tavernas). :)

Parking can be challenging sometimes, at some hours (especially if the car is bigger/ SUV). But if you drive around with patience, couple of times, you will find one close to the building.

Very good location. The apartment is on the center of the city and everything is near to it. Beds are very comfortables.

Location was good. There is a supermarket, bakery just around the corner. The apartment is well furnished with necessary items. The owner is very responsive and kind. There are smart TVs in the two bedrooms as well as in the living room.

- There was a terrible and heavy fuel/gas smell inside the building which is also inside the appartment. We got worried as we could get poisoned - we had headaches. When I asked the owner if that is normal he said yes; whenever the central heating is on tjere is this smell. - The appartment is not warm enough with central heating but there are ACs in every room. - The hot water runs with solar energy. On cloudy days you need to run the boiler with a switch and wait for 35-40min to get hot water - which is not that practical but manageable.

Everything in this place is perfect, we were a group of 4 adult and never felt the place was small. it’s a short walk to many restaurants, conveniente store and to the ocean. Also the owner was very helpful with everything. Wifi worked perfect, i recommend this 110%!
