"i did not stay at the property."

I met one of the employee outside the property and I told her to cancel the reservation. she told me she will, but some how I did hear from the property any more. I should be able get the refund on my reservation.

the property was not what it stated on the booking, it was so far remote to the city center and have no convieneance transport service to town.

La ubicación y la disposición del departamento.

La vajilla estaba muy deteriorada y faltaban utensilios en la cocina, por ejemplo: Bolt para ensalada y tabla para cortar.

Staff was very helpful. It was ok for the one night stay on our way to Rio. Easy check in after finding the place. Village life and nature all around.

Bed was too firm for my back but I don’t hold that against the owner. Ventilators did their best, but since there was no ac, it was really hot to sleep.
