La servicialidad del personal de recepción. Nos permitieron extender la reserva un día más y nos gestionaron el forfait para poder esquiar. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina.

La cerradura del acceso al parking parece ser que se congela con el frío y no es posible usarla. Pedimos previamente que nos gestionasen el forfait para esquiar y se les olvidó pero nos hicieron la gestión a tiempo y pudimos esquiar al día siguiente sin problema y sin esperar colas.
