Self catering facility.

External light on stoep wall shone directly into the bedroom. Block out curtains would greatly help in lessening the amount of light that floods the main bedroom.

The property is easy accessible and safe yet quiet and historically interesting. The room and bed very comfortable. Kitchen and lounge facilities also great. A great stay at a good price. Safe parking also a plus.

It's maybe a more personal thing but Im not fond of the hunting scene pictures in the accommodation. It's 2024 and we should all be more conservation conscious. they were a bit generic and not that appropriate. The rest of the decor is lovely and honest and simple fitting with the historical property. Maybe botanicals or other natural history images will be more appropriate than hunting scenes of tigers up a tree.
