The apartment was beautifully decorated - loved the wooden details and the kids loved the bunk beds! It was so warm and snug and there were so many heaters to dry our wet ski clothed on! We got great, detailed instructions on how to find the place, wifi password etc. and we were greeted and shown around on arrival - everything went very smoothly and the lady who showed us round was lovely. The views from the large balcony were incredible - well worth any downsides being in the Zona Alta and the telesilla ride down to Pradollano in the morning was stunning! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend this place and stay again! Our negative points are really only minor - they didn't detract from our overall experience! :)

The apartment is in the Zona Alta and there is only one 5*hotel restaurant in walking distance (we didn't think it would be a good option for little kids) and a tiny shop with some basic supplies - we didn't mind (and the views from high up are amazing!!) but you do have to keep in mind how you will go down to Pradollano for meals etc. and plan ahead. Also, the telesilla back up from the main square finishes at 5:30pm and there were huge queues for the small bus which only passes every 20 mins, so we ended up getting a taxi back up one evening - cost 12€. Again, it didn't bother us too much. The apartment itself is very comfortable. We did notice the smell from the tubería (mentioned in other reviews) when we first walked in but either we acclimatised quickly or it disappeared because after about 10 mins we didn't notice it again for the whole weekend. The freezer defrosts easily if the fridge is set to 5 degrees or above, but if you set it to 3 or 4 degrees the food inside the fridge actually freezes! Not a huge problem as we didn't keep much food there but might be annoying for a longer stay. The place was generally well equipped but our suggestion would be to add some bowls, wine glasses, a kettle and a small microwave to make it fully equipped :) The carpark was easily accessible - up a steep incline but the road had been gritted so we did not need chains. Once inside, the carpark itself is flat. The only issue is the spaces are absolutely tiny and there is very limited space to turn the car. We have a Peugeot 2008 and we only just fit - people with bigger cars might not!

Generally very good apartment building with the own garage. Those apartments will suit the family with the kids and who likes silence. The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. Ski lift is located 5 to 7 ninutes walk which is sutable who will stay for a few days with ski passes. I wouldn't recommend it for one night, because it's on the top of the town and far farm everything. Walk to the city center around 30 min. Beware that the ski lift works from 08:00 a.m until 17:00. If you want to get to the slopes early, you can take a lift at 08:00 that's will be more than enough time to collect your ski rentals and get to the slop, even with the kids. Remember, all the bars and fun in the city center. Also, If you are late for the last lift, to get to the apartment with your ski gears, it will be a nightmare. I can easily recommend this lovely apartment.

It’s winter time. The apartment was kept so warm for us when entering.

The check in process was not great. The instructions provided on public transportation was not detailed enough. Seems like the instructions are catered for car drivers only.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The underground parking even though it was tight was very useful.

The smell coming from the sink, bath and toilet left a bad odour throughout the apartment. Had to keep bathroom door closed at all times.
