The stay was very nice, everything looked like in the photos.:) The host was kind and helpful. We are definitely recommending it, if we come to Balaton again, we will choose this stay!

The only thing we struggled a little bit was that we couldn't have the window opened trought the day, when noone was in the room. And during our stay it was particularly hot weather, so every time we came home in the evening, the room was very hot. Therefore we had to use an air-conditioning the whole night.

Clean, good location, comfy bed. Air conditioning was efficient especially since it was so hot. Owner recommended a place for breakfast which was good value but you need to get there earlier because they run out of food.

Spiral staircase, hot bathroom, no exterior lighting at night. No comfortable seating except for the bed and extra fees for parking.

The common areas were very small for all of the visitors of the 8 the apartments. The fireplace, grill area, the terrace, pool, garden sometimes were very crowded. Example: some visitors does not like the screaming playing children, while other ones doesn't want to smell the smoke of a barbecue, while somebody would like to sleep and chill... The host was inflexible, he stick to some regulations, which was not written in the house rules. He was not trying to resolve a situation, but working hard on convincing us on his opinion. The apartments plan and photos were really tricky: "1 living room + 1 bed room" in real life was 1 bedroom and one bigger area with kitchen, table for 6, and bed for 4 people who were basically sleeping in the kitchen.

The apartment was excellent and the host is the most warm and welcoming person I have met. He really made us feel at home. The apartment is close to the pier and main beach so you don't even need to use your car and there are many activities you can do. If all that is not enough, the swimming pool is always clean and ready to swim. All in all a great great stay.

Our host met us and explained everything about the property. He made recommendations for breakfast at the Yacht Club and even called to get us a reservation. There was a swimming pool, but we did not use it since we travelled to the hot baths. All in all this property was the best we stayed in during our 2 week visit.

Clean, calm, great location, all the facilities are available and were in a good state. the host was friendly and supportive!
