It was really close to the beach, and the owner was so sweet. There was a rooftop terrace with hammocks and chairs from which you could see the ocean, and it was a beautiful view. Furthermore, the room was very nice, with its own bathroom, fridge, and cooking area.

This property is absolutely beautiful- built and designed by the family it is genuinely one of a kind. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful- they helped us with whale watching trips and night buses, organising it all so we didn’t even have to leave the property. For $4 per person they will bring an amazing breakfast up to your room- eggs, avocado, fresh bread, juice, granola, fruit & yoghurt with coffee. The whole property is very clean and well kept. I could recommend this place highly enough, thank you very much for such a lovely stay!

Nothing- it was perfect

The studio was nice, and the place is close to the beach. You can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop terrace :) The best part is the lovely family owning it: They provide great recommdations, and even prepared tea for me, when I was sick.

As typical for many places in Ecuador, the street dogs are very loud at night - so better pack ear plugs.

A perfect little sqeaky clean apartment with everything a person might need. Great kitchen. Wonderful bathroom. Roomy rooftop hangout space with hammocks and couches. Even a library to use. Just over a block to a nice quiet part of the beach. Giovanni is attentive and a very kind host. He has built an enchanting hideaway. I will return!

Some neighborhood noise.

Cozy house a bit away from the centre, 150m to the beach. Private balcony, hammocs. Sofas and beds were new comfortable and clean. Functional layout.

Happened to be there while a neghbor had birthday and music was playing til 5am. Kitchen counter had not been cleaned for long time. Be aware that there is no aircon - this was not a issue for me.

When we arrived, we were made to feel more like we were visiting old friends than just renting an efficiency. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location wa perfect. It was a short walk to the action, but great food options were just steps away.

We never did figure out how to make hot water work, but that was probably us. It was so hot on the each we relished the lukewarm showers and didn’t really try to find hot.

Close to the beach

the room was quite big, had small kitchen and fridge so it was very good for us. Also nice terrace with sea view and room with books. Stuff is very friendly and helpful! We liked this place.

the fan was kind of noisy, but without it was very hot temperature in the room. All other things were great!

Really beautifully decorated house. There was the use of the roof terrace and an inner library area. The owner Lucy (and Geovanny) are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The deluxe studio was really comfortable with a nice terrace attached.
