Hair dryer too old, need to pay parking fee, master room is not clean, cold air fan not working, stove only one is working, sink clogged, doorlock too old, outer appearance of apartment so horror, guard not professional

Dear Homestay owner, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the description of your homestay. The pictures shown in the booking were not accurate and the house is not what we expected. I am not happy with the condition of the house. There are rotten smells everywhere, and the door does not lock properly. We were afraid to sleep at night because of this. Considering the price and the condition of the house, it is not worth it. Please stop misrepresenting the property on booking.com and deceiving customers.
