Gostei da localização, que é perfeita. O prédio se encontra num local excelente onde vc pode fazer tudo a pé. Muitos restaurantes, bares , pizzaria, cafeterias, shopping Pátio Savassi, lojas, etc. Realmente a localização é o ponto alto da hospedagem. O apto é bastante funcional, todo equipado. Os funcionários da Recepção são muito gentis. O administrador Moisés é extremamente educado, resolutivo e acessível, resolvendo imediatamente um imprevisto que tivemos. Certamente vou me hospedar nele novamente ao voltar em Belo Horizonte.

Como disse, o apto é muito bom e funcional, todo arrumadinho e todo montado. Só melhoraria os seguintes aspectos: A) falta complementar a janela da sala com um blackout, pois parte da janela fica descoberta e a claridade invade o apto muito cedo. O blackout que está na janela da sala é pequeno e precisa de complemento; B) como eu cheguei de carro, precisei fazer o check in (subir no apto no 7° andar, pegar a chave e o ticket do estacionamento) e só após isso, pude entrar para deixar o carro. Enquanto isso, como a rua é movimentada e sem vagas , fiquei com o meu carro estacionado na frente da garagem e foi horrível, pois moradora do prédio Manhhatan Square buzinou sem parar. Eu sugeriria deixar ambas as chaves na Recepção, pois isso tornaria o processo mais ágil e menos traumático para o hóspede, não gerando transtorno para ninguém. Desse jeito que está é muito demorado e nada prático. C) Devido a esse problema no check in citado logo acima, uma moradora do prédio nos agrediu verbalmente, falou coisas horríveis para meu marido e meu filho, jogando o carro dela contra o nosso e bradando que só podia ser "airbnb". Ficamos assustados e relatamos ao porteiro, que foi extremamente atencioso e nos pediu desculpas, reportando o problema a administração do prédio.

The location was great and check in and out was easy. I walked downtown to museums and shopping. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I had a favorite coffee shop around the corner (Elisa) and a lunch place (La Guapa Empanadas) nearby, but there were too many places to try. There's a vegan restaurant housed in a book store. Groceries and pharmacy within walking distance. The layout of the apartment is inviting, it's pretty and has large windows and a lot of light. I used the washer/dryer. Bookings says i stayed 3 days but it was 7 in total at the end of my trip, really needed the washer. I loved the induction stove. I had a code for the door, so no worries about losing a key. They setup a WhatsApp group when you book. Although there was a hiccup in communication on our whatsapp chat, within one minute of writing on Bookings I had a reply and it was great the rest of the time (I always end up writing about something or other). Thanks for working with me when I had a change in my plans, I appreciate it.

I didn't mind this, kind of liked it, but you should know on the weekends you can hear music from the nearby places. I liked it and the windows shut a lot of it out if you don't like it.

The location was good with nice bars in the area. Flat is new and nicely decorated. and has gym onsite. parking available and concierge 24h

They didn't create the whatsapp group to provide all required information until I chased on the night before the check in. It would have been helpful to have basic necessities such as coffee, sugar, salt, etc available. The flat is more suitable for 2 people than 4 as the toilet/shower are in the room and the bedroom has no doors. The sofa and extra mattress were dirty.
