A localização é excelente.. A Cama é muito confortável e a roupa de cama bem limpas.

Havia poeira em alguns móveis, na pia da cozinha ainda havia resquícios de alimentos devido à lavagem dos utensílios.. Para utilizar a TV havia um ' T' em péssimo estado o qual era necessário colocar três aparelhos nesse mesmo (T). E por fim, por ser um edifício e possuir sacada e janelas é imprescindível a colocação de redes de proteção para hóspedes que levam crianças como no meu caso..
