Infinity - Stunning 1 bedroom apartment with sea & mountain views

Awesome unit with privacy, very neat and clean, staff made us feel very welcome.

Location and view, modern, safe and secure, underground parking, accessibility to beach. TV channels DSTV was available together with other options.

Damp, damp smell, mould. Couch in lounge needs replacing.

No breakfast included

2 TV's in the apartment, not able to action unless you have the App !!! We don't. The couch ? in the lounge area extremely uncomfortable to the extent that we could not use it. All curtains covered in mould, also small areas in the apartment. Towels in bathroom and dish/drying cloth in kitchen long past their "sell by" date, time for them to be replaced. The bath mat provided was in actual fact a hand towel !! Vanity mirror in bathroom has a bad crack. Just a general lack of attention to detail.

I had planned a late check in then my business meeting was cancelled so I took a chance and booked in Early. This was no problem and I just waited a few minutes and was given the keys

Location is magnificent. All the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was easy to find and there were a lot of amenities near by.

The service that was rendered by the owner of the property was excellent. He assisted us with everything we wanted to know even with the directions, etc. He was very easy to get along. Sweet person. I will definitely come back.

The laundry service was under construction the weather was not good we had problem drying the towels.

Extremely comfortable, wonderful hosts, so many extra little touches.
