attention to detail and communication poor. on arrival no coat hangers - two light bulbs not working in bathroom - tap in kitchen loose and leaking and although you were instructed to ensure valuable are in safe provided this safe was broken and even after several complaints was never fixed - the patio lock was faulty and difficult to open . no information given as to when cleaners were coming . smell from Chinese restaurant below.
GBLocation was wonderful and hosting perfect. Everything was efficient and well organized and we loved it!
