lovely clean flat, lots of space, great location for Burnham

heating was slow to respond, had it set on 25 to get the place warm, it was very windy!!

Wonderful large rooms, everything you need, decorated for Christmas, fantastic host.

This is just me. My partner found it ok, the bed was too soft, but I still slept, ok

Clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable. Nice to have the little touches of milk, tea, coffee for arrival. Good communication

Shower leaked onto floor in bathroom no matter how carefully you showered.

The flat was very clean close to the shops and beach. Milk and Spring Water were there on arrival. Instructions of how to get in were very clear.

Single beds were too small for an adult. Matresses too soft.
