ОЧЕНЬ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ. Хоть наша поездка была спланирована задолго, но выбор места проживания был несколько спонтанным. Но это было 💯 процентное попадание! Удобная локация - рядом парк, до СПА пару минут, до вокзала 10 минут спокойной ходьбы через парк. При заселении нам повысили категорию номера. Апартаменты, а по факту двухкомнатная квартира, включали отдельную спальню, большой салон, совмещённый с небольшой кухней. На кухне имелся полный набор разнообразной посуды, микроволновая печь, кофеварка,холодильник нормального размера. Техническое состояние, чистота - все на хорошем уровне. Бесплатная парковка или подземная у самих апартаментов, или на стоянке СПА ( внимание - оформление бесплатной парковки рядом со СПА только до 15 часов!). Есть лифт. Надо отметить внимательность и дружелюбие управляющего апартаментов. Гостевая карточка Konus, которую мы получили при заселение, даёт возможность бесплатно путешествовать на транспорте не только по Шварцвальду, но в Базель.

Es muy comodo garaje privado supercomodo cerca de la estacion de tren, al lado del balenario, es una zona muy tranquila

No me resultaron comodas las almohadas…. Pero no es demasiado importante por que el resto esta todo muy bien

Der Vermieter Herr Kern-Petereit ist sehr nett gewesen, daß ich mein Haustier doch kurzfristig noch mitbringen konnte. Wenn was kaputt war hat er es sofort erneuert. Meinem Sohn und mir hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war auch alles sehr Zentral und gut zu erreichen. Kann ich auf jedenfall Weiterempfehlen und würde auch jederzeit wieder erneut buchen...

Die Lage am Kurpark sehr gut, weil ich im Kurhaus an einem Seminar teilgenommen habe. Fußweg 5 Minuten. Perfekt.
