Beautiful apartment, large, modern and well-equipped. Large TV, air-conditioned apartment. The owner was a very nice and friendly lady who communicated well and regularly.

The location - the apartment is in a building in the middle of a maze of narrow, one-way streets, where residents leave their cars, sometimes, blocking traffic, that google did not recognize so we had a very hard time finding it. From the direction we came from and following google directions, we entered the maze through a distant point and it took us a long time to navigate the maze. Once there, the owner showed us a short cut and we used it every day. The apartment is not very close to the downtown core so we drove. Parking was relatively easy, in a vacant area next to the building. The Dimitris Restaurant - the apartment owner recommended this restaurant at the end of one of the nearby streets so we went for dinner. The food was great, fresh and very tasty, however on our second night, when we returned, as soon as we ordered, the restaurant owner came to let us know he needed the table as it was, actually, reserved. Honestly, in all my decades of travelling all over the world, this has never happened to me. We were quite astonished as they could, at least, have told us prior to ordering so we had to eat fast to vacate the table. Turns out that was the neighbourhood restaurant catering to the locals (regular customers) not foreigners occasionally showing up. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The owner, Maria, was lovely to meet with and very attentive to our needs and giving us advice on places to see and restaurants and supermarket locations. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed in it and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

Very clean apartment and very nice woman that makes some time for you and gives some tips for the holiday. The location was Great. I would recommend this apartment and will book it again when I come to Heraklion.

this property is full of clutter and dust. there are so many very personal belongings throughout the property. it is clearly someones home and did not meet our expectations as to what we expect from this website normally.

This is a fantastic apartment, a real home from home. We were only in Heraklion for one night which was a shame as we would love to have stayed in the apartment longer. It's a great location and quiet, the beds were really comfy, the living area was fab with so many interesting decorations and the kitchen had everything we needed for one night. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like.
