To enter the flat and find that heater is off - was not very pleasant. We had to keep kids dressed until it warmed up. It's December, by the way. Kitchen and bathroom's floors were tiled - so quite cold- they could place some rugs on them. Sink in the bathroom has two taps ( I know it's a English way ) instead of mixer - which was not very handy.

Our Host met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The property was beautiful and had everything that we needed.
