Location! Location! The Pomar House exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Parking was not an issue at the garage. Unit #4 was clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchenette was supplied adequately. A highlight is the restaurant downstairs, The Modern Rose. Excellent lunch and highly recommend. Looking forward to returning.

The Pomar House was a good choice for me. Location was great. Although I didn't meet Jason the property manager he was quick to address any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend it.

Could definitely hear the comings and goings of the other guests as we all share a small hall.

"A cozy gem in a historic old town"

Location was perfect for our trip, located on a quiet street and within waking distance of a number of places we wanted to see. PARKING isn't available at the property but a large parking garage is within a 5 minute walk. Pomar House was quiet, secure, and the area was safe. Having traveled internationally for 50+ years, this was one of our favorite rooms ever. It's not big, expensive or modern. It's comfortable, functional, clean and well maintained. Our room had the best walk-in shower ever. The property management company was extremely receptive and helpful and most importantly, a phone call away. Access is by push button door code.

Nothing really. If you need your car parked next to you this isn't the place. If you can walk 5 minutes, no problem. The property is upstairs of a lovely little coffee/tea shop so if you can't climb 20 stairs, this isn't for you.
