The Apartement was perfectly located. 300m to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. We really felt at home after the first day. There was nothing missing in the apartment. The communication with our host was great. We would always return here when we come back to Ostia.

We were extremely happy with the hospitality of the hosts. The apartment itself were perfectly equipped for our needs. We found it very pretty and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes to some good restaurants and the beach.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. **Host:** Valentino and Rosanna were incredibly responsive and attentive, providing detailed information about the apartment and local recommendations. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, which I truly appreciated. **Value for Money:** Given the quality of the apartment and the exceptional service, I found it to be an excellent value for money. All was perfect

I love the proximity to the beach, local farmers market and enjoyed the high ceilings!!

Very clean and practical. Full equipped kitchen, nice beds and matresses. Niec bathroom and washing machines. Nice balcon for sitting and enjoy the coffee from the nespresso machine. Quiet, even if it was very close to the centrum. Central and close to the nice beach. The hosts are very professional, nice and helpfull. Meet and greet was done to a high standard, a tour of the appartment and a nice chat with Valentino. This appartment is top notch and I woukd highly recommend it to anyone. I have stayed in many appartments, both on booking com and with other facilitators, this one is a gem and out of the ordinary. Exceptional!

Central location was handy to pedestrian mall, beach, shops, buses and train. Rooms were bright, airy (great windows) and spotless. Hosts left pods for Nespresso, which we used daily, and some cooking staples (oil, pasta, tomatoes, etc.). Shelves had interesting reading material, including early history of Ostia. We arranged with hosts to fetch us at FCO; they turned the rooms around very, very quickly (hours ahead of published check-in) so that moved in and got some much-needed rest. We had wonderful conversations about family (and basketball) before they left.

I never had an apartment better than this. It is clean, cozy, the hosts are very helpful.
