Il Mare di Delfy

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Despite being near a road, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket, a street full of shops nearby, and just a 10-minute walk to the train to Rome (Lido Centro) and about 11 minutes to the beach. The balcony was a nice bonus, adding to the overall comfort. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place. Thank you to our wonderful hostess for making our stay so enjoyable.

Location is close to everything

Not good value for money, too expensive considering the big bed is literally in the kitchen. Not feeling a good privacy due to the camera in front of the door.

Nice host, apartment near to everything (walking distance to beach and centre), few steps to the grocery. The apartment and its location is quite, the condominium is equipped with elevator. We traveled with our 5 years old child and it was perfect to have a separate room for her. The host secured a sun umbrella and a pop-up tent that deserves extra merits. She also prepared for us in the apartment coffee, some sweets and a bottle of mineral water, thanks so much. 😍

A few improvements (appliances, fridge) would be nice. 😉

Convenient location of the apartment, within walking distance of several grocery stores. 7 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is quite clean, equipped with the necessary furniture, dishes and toiletries. Comfortable folding bed and a well-functioning, fairly silent air conditioner. Would be nice to add microwave as somebody already mentioned, Good internet speed.

The description of the apartment stated that it has 2 bedrooms, but in fact this is not entirely true. The apartment consists of one large room, which you enter from a small hallway and where there is a kitchen, a sofa, a TV and a folding double bed. On the other side of the hallway there is a door that leads to a second room, most likely a corridor previously converted into a windowless bedroom with a single bed. The bath/toilet can only be accessed through this room. That is, as a result, the apartment has a living room with a sofa and a folding bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. In general, you can stay for a week, but knowing in advance what to expect from the apartment

Lovely place, well located, only 10min walk from the train station Lido Centro and from the beach. I really recommend to stay in Ostia if you visit Rome. It is super easy to go in the city center with the metromare and you can enjoy the sea when you want to stay away from the crowd in Rome. Our host answered quickly and was flexible for the check in and check out.
