Location was good

It wasn't clean especially the drawers. The ones of the toilet were very dirty and smelled bad. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No proper equipments to clean ourselves for example sweeping the floor. Could not open the appt's door with the key, I had to use the appli all the time. The shower temperature changed alone from hot to cold. In conclusion, it wasn't worth what i paid for.

A splendid and cozy corner in Lido di Ostia, warm and friendly staff, active support. The comfort of using virtual keys to enter the house and the apartment. Staff guides from the beginning of your trip and provides detailed information on whatever you need. Nice and bright rooms, the apartment is close to the sea, 15 minutes walk. Easy to contact with. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

The main issue I have come across was that it was extremely hard to find a taxi from lots of cars at Fiumicino Airport that would agree to take us to Lido di Ostia. It took me and my family 2 hours to find a car, and it charged me the same price as to Rome. Anyway, I could normally get to the apartment which appeared to be one of the best in my 2023 vacation trip.

It isn't the easiest place to find

Good location, nice balcony and good size property.

The beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable, and even though there was a large wardrobe there were no hangars to hang up clothes with. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no chopping board, no sharp knives for cooking, and only had a few pans which were very small and were dirty. The property was also finished to a bad standard with numerous holes in the walls, dirt marks on the walls and wires hanging out (it felt like it just hadn't been finished yet). On the whole the property was clean but the shower did have quite a bit if mould in it around the bottom.

The bathroom everything was ok but when taking a shower there is a problem mixing cold and hot water
