La posizione ottimale. La struttura si trova accanto a Porta San Matteo, uno dei due ingressi principali al centro storico. La possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura è un plus notevole. Le dimensioni degli appartamenti sono più che generose, gli ambienti sono puliti. L'appartamento è ben riscaldato dai termosifoni.

Il letto aveva un materasso veramente scomodo, molto duro e deformato. Nel bagno non era presente il bidet. In cucina non ho trovato né strofinacci né carta da cucina. Sarebbe stata cosa gradita trovare un piccolo kit di benvenuto per la colazione poichè chi, come noi, arriva nel tardo pomeriggio non avrebbe modo di poter fare un po' di spesa.

Съвсем малко е нужно,за да бъде отлично и кухненското оборудване-2 чаши за воно,сол/пипер,пликчета захар,салфетки,резервни чували за боклук. Би следвало повече ред в платения паркинг

Embedded in the wall of San Gimignano this set of apartments are a 30 second walk to the Porta San Matteo gate. The apartment was large and comfortable and while we initially did start in the room we had booked we were able to relocate easily albeit that one of the facilities were share as opposed to being in the apartment, it all worked out. Plenty of space for clothes and getting around at the end of the day and relaxing after a busy sightseeing days or four. A negotiated on-site parking rate that was better than fighting for a parking bay on the street added to the the comfort of staying on the property which also serves as a music or dancing school. We had two fuel stops within 100 meters of our stay so topping up was not left to finding the hidden fuel stations or getting on and off the autostrada and roads of travel.

The culprit that insisted on smoking within the apartment boundaries, man that was potent.

Ottima location.. in pieno centro..

Appartenento affacciato su via interna molto rumorosa per presenza di ristoranti.. niente climatizzatore.. difficoltà nel riposare a causa caldo e rumori nella via.. sconsigliato nel periodo estivo.

Situation impeccable à l'entrée de la vieille ville. Parking possible (un peu cher) dans la propriété. Le côté historique des lieux, son charme. Accueil sympa.

Cuisine mal équipée, peu pratique. Pas de bouilloire. Confort approximatif des lits. Eau chaude aléatoire.
