Location was excellent sea views where great and easy access to beach. The rooms were spacious and great for 4 adults. Well stocked with facilities. Very comfortable could not fault except for no WiFi.

No spa working in the pool area. Would’ve been great if able to use. No internet no WiFi

Unit needs minor maintenance ie. spa bath leaking, 3 X light globes missing in kitchen, loose door knobs, balcony door latch.

"No WiFi, even though advertised as having it, & rude and unhelpful property managers"

It was big, lots of space

Advertised as having free WiFi in all areas, but there is no WiFi. The property management company were rude and unhelpful when I asked either to 1) check out immediately and receive a full refund or 2) be compensated for data package to cover the 3 nights. We would not have booked the property if we had known there was no WiFi as this is needed for our work whilst we travel. I escalated through Booking.com and they are still trying to receive a partial refund (just $48 AUD), nearly a week later. This is more than fair considering the false advertising and that we paid over $630 AUD for the stay.

Fantastic location - across the street from the beach. Good communication from hosts. Excellent amenities - best equipped question we have ever come across! Close to shops, etc.
