Loved the location and beautiful view. Very comfortable apartment. Easy to find.

There was some construction noise from adjacent property. It could be improved by providing a small washing machine and some new towels.

"A magical stay in the heart of Tuscany."

The location and views from the windows were amazing. Everything is supplied for a self catered holiday, with a reasonably priced large Coop supermarket near the car park P2 if you don’t want to dine at the many restaurants in town. A great base to explore Florence and Tuscany (if you have a hire car). Our advice is to walk outside the walls on Via Bonda and Via Piandornella from P2 to take your suitcases to the apartment as the wheels roll better on bitumen than cobblestones.

Nothing, just be aware the mobile network can get overloaded with the huge number of day visitors during the afternoon which can make contact for check-in a challenge if you don’t have the key code. Ensure you provide passport/ID info the day before you arrive. Contact is via WhatsApp.

"Delightful second-floor flat in the historic centre of San Gimignano."

The flat is nicely renovated, well laid-out, had a lovely bathroom, good lighting and everything I needed. The view is fabulous.

It is up two flights of stairs; the second flight is quite steep and has a loose length of rope for a handrail. Young people will be fine with it, but older travellers should think twice. I suggest they put the request to submit passport details online in advance, higher up in their email - it is very easy to miss if you don't scroll to the bottom.

"An amazing introduction to our Italian holiday. We stayed 3 nights."

The historic buildings and city layout with piazzas. There was a town market one day and we enjoyed local porcetta rolls. We went to the same cafe several times and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. It could have been called Orzone or similar. We cooked local food from the town supermarket

More restaurants open out of season would have helped.
