Attrezzatura della Cucina ha tutto, ma un coltello, una forchetta e una pentola in più non guasterebbe. Consiglio di dare un benvenuto con una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo: ormai sta diventando una consuetudine per molte strutture. Solo un consiglio, questo non inficia il voto alto che si merita questa struttura

It was clean with a nice little kitchenette. Good location.

It could probably use a new mattress. Bit of unevenness to it.

Really nice location, a comfortable room, fantastic air-conditioning and an easy check-in process. We're hiking, and the host allowed us to check in early to avoid the midday heat. We greatly appreciated this.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable (the mattress is a little worn, so there is an indentation). Other than that: fantastic place. For anyone who reads the reviews and is worried about finding the remote control for the air-conditioning: it's in the cutlery drawer.

Great location up in the old town. Not really a lot of restaurants available to choose from. The “ go too “ cafe in the square ( average service ) & restaurant “ Dante “ great service & spectacular view - average food. Erratic service.

I think that some coffee ( instant ), tea bags & sugar would not be too much to expect for the price charged. They did have cupboards FULL of plates etc ( for two people maximum ) ….. like a storage place for unwanted items ….. strange.

The room itself was relatively clean, but unfortunately the bedsheets were not – we found visible stains and dirt(see attached photos). The bathroom was clean, but the shower towels provided were child-sized, which is not acceptable for adult guests. When you’re doing long-distance journeys like the Via Francigena, the two essentials are a proper shower and a good night’s sleep. We ended up sanitizing the bed ourselves and sleeping on top of the bed cover, which is far from ideal. A place that can’t guarantee basic hygiene and comfort should not be listed on Booking.com. Disappointing experience overall. And ZERO communication from the host, on top that remote control for the AC is non existent

Very clean apartment, two bedrooms and a small kitchen. The best thing was the location and the view of the sunset from the terrace. Very beautiful and recommended.
