Perfect location. It’s directly on the street with many of the restaurants, cafes, and shops. It’s also conveniently close to old town parking.

Location is great, beautiful view overlooking the city and distant valley, clean, provided cleaning products to run the dishwasher and laundry. Clear directions for how to enter the property including pictures.

There is a walk including stairs and steep hills to get bags from the parking garage p6 to the Airbnb. You are not able to drive into the ztl to drop off bags. There’s an elevator once in the building.

The location, in the heart of the historic center. Beds are confortable. The apartament has everything you need to have a great experience there. Last but not least, the hostess Michelângelo is fantastic, very kind and atencious.

Great location in the heart of Montepulciano. Room was spacious and clean. The view from the living room was amazing. Snacks, coffee, and complementary breakfast items was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again when in Montepulciano. Parking in the P6 lot was easy and convenient.

Location is terrific. Michaelangelo managed every need and was available readily. It feels very secure. Great view.

Excellent value for money, the apartment has plenty of space and also all amenities for a longer stay (such as washing machine). The apartment is located in the very town of Montepulciano, and the living room window offers the beautiful Tuscan scenery you know from postcards.

We were happy with everything, the only thing was the noise in the street till late, but that is natural given the location and we 'resolved' it by closing the bedroom windows for the night

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location in Montepulciano. Exceptionally clean, the place smelt like fresh linen, super hot shower, soft pillows, special little touches in the kitchen, ample coffee pod supply. We loved our stay and loved coming home each day. The view from the living window is superb. Paid parking is easy and accessible.
