The location is beautiful,Futura was more than nice, everything is carefuly chosen beautiful decorated,and very well puted on their place.The rooms are big and spacious beds are confortable, There is a kichinete with everything you need if you want to cook:)(I didnt)cofee machines and cofee, Tea,sugar pasta and sauce.We had some home made cake, fruits and water complimentary from the house, Across the street there is a Shop and at 500 meters is the old vilage. Thank you Futura, as I said you have a gorgeus house and you are one very warm host.

Futura was an amazing host. She was constantly available and recommended a lot of fun things to do in the area. We had a lovely time and will definitely return in the future!

Great views, warmest hosting and really cozy apartment!

A very well equipped apartment with everything you need at your disposal. The rooms were large and comfortable and all in pristine order. A comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space were much appreciated, as was the large tasteful bathroom. Our host Futura was very welcoming and helpful and we felt very at home there.

It was a cute apartment in a fantastic location. The owner was very communicative and truly concerned for our overall comfort and happiness. She ordered takeout for us because it would just be easier that way. Her mother even made a cake for us. Really sweet family.

Proactive and responsive hosts. Well-equipped kitchen that includes condiments and coffee. We had a memorable stay. 'Villa Poliflora' gives log cabin vibes... lots of books, comfortable furniture, beautiful Tuscan views within walking distance, the scent of lavender and the forest. We called the ground floor apartment of Villa Poliflora our home for 6 magical unforgettable nights. This little gem is warm, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. The helpfulness and attention to detail of the host Futura is wonderful, she is extremely available for any need. We received prompt support for anything we asked. Upon arrival there was fresh fruit, milk and a delicious home-baked torta (cake) made by her mother. The ground floor apartment is ideal for a couple. Location of the property is fantastic, right in the middle of the Val d'Orcia, there is parking available and a small grocery store at 50 meters. A stone’s throw to the beautiful medieval town of Monticchiello which offers remarkable views of the neighbouring Tuscan hills, with lovely restaurants in scenic locations serving Tuscan specialties and local wine. For cycling enthusiasts (which we are) you couldn’t ask for a better location with both paved roads and of course the famous strade bianche (white gravel roads) allowing us to explore medieval fortresses and amazing landscapes at our own pace (e-bikes are a great option!). Our ever-helpful host advised us regarding bike rental and also provided us with a number of suggested itineraries from Monticchiello. So happy we were able to ride the famous winding, cypress-lined road which was right on our doorstep! So if you’re thinking of exploring southern Tuscany’s Val d’Orcia region, look no further than Villa Poliflora for an authentic, unforgettable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment is exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The balcony view is incredible with typical Tuscan surroundings and cypress. Futura and her family are so accommodating and kind to us. We had a great time just chilling around Montichello and discovering Pienza and Montepulciano. Would definitely come back next time 😊

The apartment was super cute and ideal for a couple. Location great, it is in the middle on the Val d'Orcia, 10 mins away from Montepulciano and Pienza. Futura, the host was super nice and she gave us some amazing recommendations. Totally recomended!
