Nice and clean little room. Lovely host.

The facilities at the hotel are very good, the pool is very big, there is a gym and table tennis, the restaurant serves nice food at a reasonable price and the portable WIFI hot spot device is very handy and works in the entire area. Very good place to stay.

Location, amenties, facilities, quiet around and shops in the vicinity. And a very generous host.

The pool area. The pool-side restaurant. The Landlord did his best to assist amidst what seemed to be a chaotic time for the hotel with too many people checking in at the same time.

The quality and cleanliness of the room was horrific given the fact that this place had cost me just about double the price that I had paid at any other place in my 14 odd days in Thailand. And I've stayed in some really stunning hotels. I also didn't get a balcony-room that I had paid for and was offered no discount what so ever. No chance I'll go back there.

The host was a fabulous guy, I may stay again just to sit and and have a drink with him.

This is not a Luxury Condo if that is what you are looking for you will be disappointed, What you are getting is a good clean Holiday Condo with a great host at a budget price. In Pattaya like elsewhere in life you get what you pay for. If you compare this to $100 dollar a night units you will have complaints but you probably had complaints about that one too. If you are comparing this to other budget Holiday units this was a good value.
