Only the basic room structure was okay, but overall experience was disappointed.

This property has very misleading location information. It is advertised as being near 1 Utama, but in reality it is around 4.5 km away. Even the host dont know how far the 1 Utama is, he said it is 8-10 km away from their location (when i reached KL) and it was actually 4.5km I booked it specifically for proximity, and ended up spending extra on taxi every day, which was very inconvenient. Despite providing card details on Booking.com for a confirmed booking, the host still demanded advance payment and said the room availability was not guaranteed, which is not acceptable. Late check-in experience was poor as there was no proper staff available to assist, causing unnecessary delays at night. Basic facilities were also not maintained properly — no drinking water was provided, the toilet flush shower was broken, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Due to this, the bathroom would fill with steam after a hot shower. Overall, multiple small issues combined made the stay uncomfortable.

Location is convenient and the unit itself is acceptable for a short stay.

We were required to make a bank transfer that included the security deposit when confirming the booking. At no point before payment or check-in were we informed that a deposit paid via transfer would take 3–5 working days to be refunded. This was only mentioned near check-out. If this had been clearly disclosed in advance, we would have chosen to pay the deposit in cash at check-in. Lack of transparency in deposit handling is unacceptable.

Booking was easy but locating the lobby was difficult bcs there was no signage. It took almost 45min to collect the key bcs online response was very slow. Hope they will upgrade in this matter . Other than that everything was good.

Place is big and nice, location is good, not sure if its delibrate, but location on booking,com is 1 utama mall, but actual location is opposite Jaya One Mall. 2 diffierent place. Management agent, better wake up and make the correction, dont cause disruption to everyone's plans. Feels like a scam to find out that the location is different.

Normally when you make a booking here, you pay online and the booking is confirmed, However, you have to make direct payment to the management company, They are not responsive, Instead of them messaging me, I have to message them, in order to get the details to make payment. And I have to ask for payment details twice before I get it. If payment not done, room not confirmed, even though on booking.com its confirmed.... can you imagine the anxiety travellers will have if its near there traveling dates? There was also no written instructions in the room on how to operate the shower heater, no wifi password. We have to call the check-in staff in order to get it. A simple laminated paper with the password in the house would save us so much trouble.
