Promptitudinea administratorului.

Lipsa căldurii, in imobil nu s-a investit, iar aparatul de aer condiționat scotea un zgomot deranjant cand era in funcțiune...încât uneori îți venea sa il oprești...dar .. nu mai aveai căldură.

Locatia, privelistea, accesul facil, faptul ca accepta animale de companie, in cazul meu o pisica. Pentru cei interesati(nu a fost cazul meu) dotarilie permit sa gatesti, sa speli rufe.... detergenti si alte accesorii asemenea sunt complemetare. Aparat de cafea Nespresso(foarte util pentru mine). Per total apartamentul este spatios si are avantajul de a avea si o baie de servicu.

CURATENIA a fost la nivelul unei pensiuni de doua margarete... bucataria "zoioasa"(mai putin vasele si tavlcamurile care erau curate) sub patul matrimonial nu s-a facut curatenie de un an, minim.(nu am cautat sub pat in mod special, pisica a reusit sa intre acolo si a trebuit sa o scot.) Baile au fost curate, spatiul de living a fost la un nivel mediu dar nu reliefez deficientele deoarece, per total, raportul calitate pret a reflectat perfect nivelul. SALTEAUA patului matrimonial mai putin confortabila decat salteaua cu paie a bunicii mele, desi parea o saltea moderna, probabil ca este una de proasta calitate care nu rezista nivelului de uzura din domeniu iar din ratiuni legate de economii la buget nu a fost schimbata la timp.
