Apartamento Vista Deslumbrante

Peace and views on the living room side. Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of space in the rooms. Great access to the highway. Lots of free parking space. High-speed Internet access.

Street noise on the bedroom side. The kitchen missed some crockery and knives, but when we asked, it was delivered in a day or two.

That we had to leave.. The Azores is s magical fairy place. So happy we decided to come here

The host was very helpful and met us there when I couldn't figure out how to get the key from a lock box, good communication, it was close to a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, etc., easy in and out from the highway, the view was great, as the name says..

First of all, I was misled by The Important Details( Getting Into the Property: Someone will meet you there) on the Booking.Com. When I was making booking, I have informed Apartamento expected arrival time(8-9:00 PM maybe a little late) . I called the Apartamento at car rental agency at 8:30PM and no response. After we arrived the Apartamento at 9:00PM, nobody there! Light was on inside and door was locked! We called again and still no answer so I have to ask the nearby Pizza shop owner to send a message in Portuguese. Waited there to 10:00 PM, we had to drive to downtown Hotel São Miguel. Before we finished check in, we got the email ( in Portuguese) from Apartamento Vista Deslumbrant Owner and got the Key Code! Go back into Apartamento Vista Deslumbrant at 11:00 PM, I have to say I never had so bad experience as a long time Booking User. The room was not cleaned at all! Bed sheet was not changed, garbage bag in the Kitchen and washroom kept full. WiFI was not working because wrong password provided. Thanks God we set down at last.
