"Centrally Located"

9.0

A beautiful apartment right in the middle of the center; you go out and you can just walk around the downtown. It was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. It is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. It is well designed: kids bedroom is downstairs and master bedroom with additional bathroom upstairs. Everything worked perfectly. Note that even for loading and unloading suitcases a car cannot 'officially' come in the street. If you got a car, just park it in one of the free parking places, i used Estacionamento dos Pinheiros - Gratuito.

"Centrally located home away from home in the Azores"

The flat is very centrally located and close to the ocean. This two storey flat was perfect and met all our needs. Communication with the landlady is impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

"Recommended place for stay in Ponta Delgada"

It was a very cozy apartment located on the 3d floor, comfortable for stay of 4 adults for a few days. It is very clean, equipped with everything needed, including a washing/ drying machine and a dishwasher. 2 bathrooms (only one was with the shower) made the stay even more comfortable. The location is just downtown with plenty of places around to eat and to listen music or sing karaoke, maybe sometimes might be slightly noisy, but brings some charm and a feeling that you are just in the center of Ponta Delgada life during your stay.  The host is a very nice and friendly lady who is ready to help with any questions. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

"All in all in was great"

Everything! Pilar the owner was more then accommodating. It was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great.

One bedroom was upstairs and toilet only. No bath.
