I’ve been to over 10 countries and stayed in multiple airbnbs and hotels but this was the best place I’ve stayed in! There’s nothing we needed they didn’t have. It felt like home! It’s by the beach (about 3 minutes) there’s a beautiful tavern there selling amazing food for a cheap price, there’s a supermarket! Everything you need. It’s outside Cofu town but there are buses every hour. This was the highlight of Greece after the island of paxos of course. The family running the studio are the best and the sweetest people! From the dad, the mom (the most hilarious woman I’ve met, she made me laugh so much) the daughters - the sweetest people. Thank you Sofia and your family. You made the past 3 days most memorable! God bless your beautiful heart and thank you for having us.

We loved everything about Nikodimos Garden Studios. It's a family run business, and the care and attention they put in towards their guests is exceptional. Rooms were very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchenette with all the tools one may need (and multiple coffee makers). The cleanliness of this place is impeccable, and they made sure it stayed that way, as the team cleaned the rooms every other day. What made everything extra magical was their wonderful, peaceful garden. It was a great view to be waking up to each morning, and allowed for some amazing meals and downtime. The beach is mere 4 minutes away (go left towards Malibu once you go down the street), offers sunbeds and umbrellas for 10euros (including two instant coffees). However, we skipped on the (mild) crowd of the beach bar thanks to the hosts who provide each room with beach towels and an umbrella, so we were able to stay in the more vacated and wild part of it. Water is cool in the morning, warm in the evening. And, if you're up for some snorkeling, beach rackets, or just wanna chill with your cool drinks, the hosts offer all of those things for guests to borrow and use. Studios are located in the more quiet part of Agios Georgios, with two local stores some 10 minutes away by foot, and a couple of restaurants and bars (including the highly rated Kafesas) close by as well. The more lively part of the town was 20 minutes away by foot, where you can find all kinds of restaurants, shops, etc. including the famous Issos beach. If you're coming into town by the Green Bus, the huge pro of this place is that the bus stop is just around the corner. Overall, this was one of the best accommodations we've stayed at in Greece. We give huge kudos to Sofia and her family, who are caring and hardworking hosts, making sure you're well taken care of and able to really rest. Top choice of accommodation in this area!

Everything was great. Although the fan was sufficient, an AC would definitely be a plus.

The place is great and we fell in love with it as soon as we arrived. The family that runs the accommodation is super nice and made everything to make sure we were comfortable, including washing our clothes and not charging for it. The garden is amazing, the room is comfortable, new, fresh and spacious enough for 2. The small kitchen has everything you need. Perfect for a Greece getaway in a calm villa, would definitely return!

At Nikodimos Garden Studios you will find everything you may need for a calm, quiet and peaceful vacation. Rooms are clean and spacious, the garden is amazing... And Sofia, Nikodimos and their whole team - they are adorable, good and fine people - people of a rare breed. We were never alone in whatever we were up to. They were always there to help with anything! Once again – a big thank you!

These studios are located in a quiet area, but are walking distance from a couple of supermarkets and tavernas. We rented a car and explored some of the marvellous sandy beaches of the area. The pictures posted are just not enough to describe how beautiful this place is! The room was cozy, spotless clean and equipped with a kitchenette with all you may need during your stay. Hairdryers and iron availbale too. All guests have access to the beautiful garden, its tables and sunbeds. There's also beach towels, umbrellas, sunscreen, and mosquito repellents available if needed. All rooms are cleaned every other day and windows have mosquito nets. The icing on the cake is Sofia! She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable at all times and makes sure you truly enjoy your holiday. Her husband Niko and his daughter made a booklet with great tips on places/beaches to see, where to eat and historical notes on the island. We truly appreciated that!
