Soho #1 Luxurious apartment in Saint Nicolas

I don’t have words to describe how amazing this place is! We originally came to explore the town, but the apartment was so perfect that we didn’t want to leave. Every detail has been so thoughtfully designed—it’s clear the hosts put their heart into making it a home away from home. The comfort is unmatched; we’ve truly never felt so cozy and relaxed while traveling. From the decor to the amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a luxurious retreat, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable apartment, great location. Everything was perfect from the bed to the shower pressure. There were 2 wonderful balconies to lounge on as well

Excellent location in the very centre of Agios Nikolaos, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. Quiet despite central location, nicely arranged and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. A good variety of amenities will make any stay easy: washing machine, microwave, oven, all.in working order.

Not recommended if you're creeped out by clowns due to wall decoratios, otherwise perfect!

Great location, very spacious and well-equipped place

This accommodation was in the heart of the town, so easily accessible. Very nice and clean apartment with everything that you would need for a longer stay. Communication with Milena was great and she was so very helpful with recommendations in the area and was very kind host. I would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in the area, shame that we didn't stay there for longer.

We think that three out of four paintings were quite frightening.They don't match with the cosy atmosphere and they ruin the whole decoration.

The apartment and the host exceeded our expectations! The apartment is as seen on photos, it was super comfortable and well-equipped. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with lots of space to store your personal belongings (nightstands on both sides and sockets), it also features a small smart TV and a small balcony with a side sea view. The cherry on top was the ceiling fan. The kitchen had all the basic equipment and more (a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.). The stylish living room has a large smart TV and a cozy couch. This side of the apartment has a large terrace with two sunbeds and lovely plants that serve as natural curtains, just perfect for an afternoon break with a book. We also loved the keyless system of entrance (the owner provides you with door codes before arriving). The neighborhood is full of kiosks, fast food shops, restaurants, and cafés. There is no parking space provided, but there is a 5 min walk free municipal parking option. Also, the steep stairs (there is no elevator) can be challenging for someone with walking difficulties or if you carry lots of luggage, so discuss this with the owner before booking the place.
