"Poor communication and no WIFI."

The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was a good size and had a nice balcony.

Communication from the host was a 0/10, we did not hear from them whatsoever. The address provided does not lead you to the actual apartment, our taxi driver was driving around for an extra 10 minutes trying to help us find the apartment. We messaged the host asking to check in early without any response. We arrived early and left our bags, we were told to come back at 2. We came back at 2 and our room was still not cleaned. There is no internet in the apartment, we had to sit in the mall to use WiFi, which was very inconvenient. Although it is mentioned in this listing that there is no internet it is not usually something we look for when booking a place to stay as it is very unusual not to have WiFi.
