São dois condomínios, um residencial, onde se situa o apartamento, e um externo que além de casas lindíssimas, consta com a Marina e com restaurantes beira água com valor acessível e comida saborosa. A casa é muito bem equipada, contando com máquina de lavar, aspirador, e diversos utensílios de cozinha.

Os funcionários do próprio condomínio, onde está localizado o estacionamento retirou os lixos de diversos blocos, mas o nosso não, ocasionando um mal cheiro. Além disso, sobre a acomodação, faltou refratários de plástico ou vidro para preparo ou armazenamento de alguns alimentos. No mais, a acomodação é perfeita.
