The Loft Imago, Block D - BeOurGuest-

Just above one of the biggest shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu which is great and convenience.

No toilet papers and tissues provided. Water heater was not provided. The toilet hose was broken. Only one bathroom was provided not as per booking mentioned room with 2 bathrooms and toilets.

I liked the cleanliness of the room as it is a better than Loft E where we stayed about a year ago, the location of the room was wonderful actually, the sight to the swimming pool of this place was spectacular, the entertainment was very interesting my family couldn't leave the couch haha

Unfortunately the service from the employees were atrocious!! My family were accused of damaging the property and given a fine when we had already explained the incident happened suddenly as my children were asleep. The heater in my room didn't work in neither bathroom!! The weather was also super cold so it was very breezy for my family in these bathrooms. The key card to my room and the elevator was slow and didn't work occasionally, it took us about 10 tries of the keycard for the elevator to work, the kids also panicked at that time thinking we were stuck in the elevator.

The loction

The Kitchen amenities was not that good.. The electrical cooking the wire is broken n yet they still not repair bfore new customer arrived.. And there was no dryer and also not5aspected the toilet for bathroom is only 1

The location is the best

The condition of the room. The walls have cracked. The floor boards were starting to rot. Some of the lights were not working. Toilet roll was not provided.
