ZcapeX2 Condo near Boat Avenue & Laguna

Каждый год приезжаю на Пхукет и в отпуск и непродолжительно по делам. Всегда останавливаюсь на Банг Тао. Данный вариант размещения ZcapeX2 очень удобен по центральному расположению: рядом рестораны, магазины и относительно недалеко от пляжа. Данные апартаменты очень комфортные, с прекрасным видом на горы. Есть все необходимое для удобного проживания. Если нет своего транспорта и нужно поехать в Patong или Central Festival Phuket - можно за 10 минут дойти до отеля Cassia Phuket от которого 4-5 раз в день по расписанию ездят микроавтобусы, цена билета туда-обратно 200 бат. Большое спасибо хозяйке Розмари за заботу о гостях данных апартаментов.

Меблированные апартаменты, есть все необходимое. Паркинг на первом этаже для жителей, въезд через шлагбаум, всегда были места. Дежурит охранник. На втором этаже шикарный бассейн и тренажерный зал. Вид на лес, тихо, 7 этаж.

The location of this property is close to shops and restaurants and easily accessible. Value for money. Clean and well maintained. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. Lift to upper floors. Host easy to contact and responses quick. Safety deposit box.

The design of the building is very basic. Yes there is an outdoor pool located on the second floor. The pool has barely any sun and was extremely cold and is not well maintained. If you want to relax around the pool and enjoy the sun not the pool for you. Entrance to the complex was only accessible via the car park and was not welcoming at all. The apartment was very small and the sofa/ sofa bed was not exactly either. During our 14 day stay there was no sheet or towel change. A weekly service was offered for a cost. There is a washing machine in the apartment with no means to dry large laundry items(sheets). Unfortunately the property did not meet my expectations.

Great location and a good size for what we needed. Rosemary was a brilliant host. Great kitchen facilities to cook if we wanted. Huge fridge and washing machine to wash clothes.

The condo has a lot of people smoking weed and the swimming pool was very dirty and has a very strong chlorine level to compensate for the dirt.

The location is perfect. The host is always attentive and responsive. The apartment had everything you needed, even down to the smallest details.
