"Great location, apartment needs some love"

By the Sea is a great location, close to the beach and local shops etc. Three bedrooms means lots of space for a family. Host was very good, greeted us when arriving and on hand to answer all questions.

Apartment needs some upgrades; paint is peeling off multiple walls and the tiles on the upstairs balcony are warped/cracked and need to be re-laid to avoid injury. Main TV also had a dark shadow running across it, suggesting it needs replacing. With some minor touch ups, it could be a 10/10 apartment.
